As an ICANN-accredited domain registrar, eFreeDomainRegistration operates in accordance with the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). This policy applies to all generic top-level domain (gTLD) registrations processed through our platform.
Important: Domain dispute resolution proceedings are conducted by ICANN-approved dispute resolution service providers, not by eFreeDomainRegistration directly. Our role is to implement the decisions made by those providers in accordance with ICANN policy.
