Pricing Policy

1. Domain Registration Pricing

Domain registration prices vary by top-level domain (TLD) extension and are determined by the applicable registry. Prices are quoted on a per-year basis and are confirmed at the time of registration.

Factors that may affect domain pricing include:

• TLD extension (e.g., .com, .net, .org, ccTLDs, new gTLDs)
• Registration term length (1 to 10 years where available)
• Registry pricing changes (which may be passed through to registrants)
• Premium domain status as designated by the applicable registry

2. ICANN Fee

All domain registrations are subject to an ICANN-mandated fee per domain per year as set by ICANN policy. This fee is included in or added to the quoted registration price and is non-refundable. The current ICANN fee is $0.18 per domain per year.

3. Renewal Pricing

Renewal pricing may differ from initial registration pricing. Promotional or introductory registration prices apply only to the initial registration term. Renewal fees are charged at the standard rate at the time of renewal.

• Renewal reminders are sent to the registrant email on file prior to expiration
• Renewal pricing is confirmed before processing any renewal transaction
• Late renewal fees may apply during grace or redemption periods

4. Transfer Pricing

Inbound domain transfers (transferring a domain to eFreeDomainRegistration) typically include a one-year extension of the registration period. Transfer pricing is quoted at the time of transfer request and varies by TLD.

5. Additional Services Pricing

Pricing for additional services is as follows — all prices are confirmed before purchase:

• Domain Privacy Protection: Pricing varies by TLD; protects WHOIS registrant information
• SSL Certificates: Priced by certificate type (DV, OV, EV) — contact us for a quote
• Web Hosting: Monthly or annual pricing based on plan selected
• Professional Email: Per-mailbox monthly or annual pricing
• Website Services: Custom quoted based on project scope
• Bulk Domain Registration: Volume discounts available — contact us for pricing

6. Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of registration, renewal, or service activation
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors

7. Refund Policy

Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a domain has been submitted to a registry. Exceptions may apply in limited circumstances:

• Registration errors: If a domain was registered in error, contact us within 5 days of registration. Refunds are subject to registry policy and applicable fees
• Duplicate registrations: Contact us immediately; we will work to resolve at no charge where possible
• Registry-rejected registrations: Full refund provided if a registry rejects a registration request

Hosting, email, website, and other service refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team within 30 days of purchase for refund consideration.

8. Price Changes

eFreeDomainRegistration reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes affecting existing renewals will be communicated to registrants via email at least 30 days in advance where practicable. Registry-mandated price increases may be passed through with less notice in accordance with the applicable registry agreement.

9. Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact our billing team within 60 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
